This is how we like to work

This little TV commercial is a good example of how we like to do our work. We pride ourselves on recording most of our sound to picture; with Foley and sound editing, we are able to get further and get closer to our vision.

Sound Effects Only
All the sounds were recorded to picture; there are no sound library sounds in this project.
Music Only
We recorded everything live for this score; bowed dobros and basses, and a few electric guitars, are the only instruments in the soundtrack.

El Ojo Y La Luz
Director Jurgen Ureña takes us in this beautiful documentary thru the life of the great photographer Francisco Coto.
Animal Eye
Director Carlo Nasisse was generous enough to invite me to work on this incredible short, filled with sensory sounds and a compelling story.
Lacuna
This film allowed us to portray the sounds of a desappearing world, a long gone lake is now the landscape of an industrial movement.. Machinery taking over the land and nature resisting scenes are the canvas for a soundscape of unexpected sounds.
Sons Of Thunder
War veteran Simon travels across the country on his motorcycle, taking on odd jobs and helping those God places in his path, trying to atone for the sins of his past as a gang member.
In this episodic adventure, we designed sound for motorcycles, fights, bars, and boats. It has a bit of everything, and we had to bring every detail to life. Foley, ambient tracks, sound effects, complex dialogues, and a bunch of other elements that fill us with pride.
We thoroughly enjoyed Simon’s stories in this Pure Flix series. Here’s hoping for a second season so we can hear that unique motorcycle roar once again.
